Changed your mind or got the wrong size? Here's how returns work.
Return policy
- You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging.
- To start a return, contact our support team with your Order ID. We will reply with the return instructions.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong piece.
Getting the size right first time
- UK sizing is the primary system on every product.
- Footwear also lists product-specific EU and US mappings plus foot length in centimetres where we have them. These mappings belong to that product — they are not a universal converter.
- Clothing uses UK sizes (for example UK XS–XXL) with chest, waist, hip and length where they apply.
- If you are between sizes, use the measurements on that product's size guide, or contact support before ordering.
